“Children should be seen and not heard” - This expression is an old proverb dating from the 15th century, but it aptly describes how Mesmin (pronounced Mehz-min) grew up. Adding to that, he was born and raised in one of the poorest countries in the Western Hemisphere. Normally, neither of these circumstances would have led to a career as a Financial Advisor.

The reality is these circumstances have lit a fire within Mesmin for as long as he can remember. He has a burning desire to help others save, invest and be prepared for life’s unexpected events and to live their best lives.

In his early career as a Banker, Mesmin was passionate with customers to save first, to put away a small amount from each paycheck. He had both seen and lived through financial stress, and he wanted to help.

Today, as an LPL Financial Advisor, Mez has the freedom to work together with clients to develop solutions and to build their confidence to Grow, Live & Love Life, help Others and embrace Wonder.

Mesmin is a graduate of St. Francis College in New York with a B.S. in Management and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. He has over 30 years of Financial Advising and Management experience.  He maintains his 7,9,10,24,63, and 65 securities registrations through LPL Financial.  In his spare time, he mentors NYC high school kids through an organization called iCouldBe.

He enjoys music, golfing and going “barefoot”. He lives in South Jersey with his wife Valerie and has three adult children: Marc, Grace, and Dana and five grandkids: Lucy, Finnley, Jozette, Amaya and Aoife.
